At the head of the Su Artean restaurant is Samuel Lasarte, a chef with extensive experience, specialising in traditional Basque cuisine.
Open from Tuesday to Saturday.
Lunch: 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Dinner: 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Sunday and Monday service with cafeteria menu.
